Setting Up Additional Accounts

Here’s how to invite new users to BISS/CAIGO:

• Click on the hamburger menu icon.
• Go to My Data and Settings.
• Select the People tab on the left-hand side.
• Click the button to invite a new person. The Basic Information dialog will open.
• Check the Invitation checkbox in the Basic Information dialog.
• Fill in the basic details and click "Apply".

If your colleague hasn’t received the registration email for BISS/CAIGO, please check the following:

• Check the spam folder of the email inbox.
  The email may have ended up in the spam folder due to filter settings. If needed, disable any unnecessary rules or filters that could be causing issues.
• Make sure the email address was entered correctly.
  A small typo might have slipped in.
• Ask your IT administrator if internal firewalls might be blocking the email.
