You can change your BISS/CAIGO password in two ways:

User Settings in BISS/CAIGO

  • Click on your avatar in the upper right corner of the BISS/CAIGO interface to open the User Settings process.
  • In the User Settings process, click on "Change Password" on the left-hand side.
  • Follow the instructions in the dialog to change your password.

Forgot Password

  • Go to the login dialog of BISS/CAIGO and click the Forgot Password button.
  • Enter your login and email address. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.

If you didn’t receive the email to reset your password, please check the following:

  • Check the spam folder in your email inbox.
