Research associates at a research institution

In Project X, three test series were conducted for compound group Y (see lab data from March 12, March 16, and March 21). Results show significant inhibition at concentrations above 10 µM. The complete results are documented in the test data sheet “ProX_Y_Wirkstoff_final.xlsx”.

On the topic of “Anomaly Detection in Medical Imaging Data,” our research institution published the following paper: Unsupervised Anomaly Detection for Tumor Localization in Medical Imaging, Journal of Medical Science, 2022.

Currently, there are two ongoing projects related to anomaly detection in medical imaging data:

• “3D-Inspect” is a research project focused on automatic defect detection in 3D-printed metal components using volumetric imaging data. Project lead: Dr. Max Mustermann. Funding: Horizon Europe. Link to project website.
• “NeuroDetect” (in collaboration with the University of Musterstadt) focuses on detecting rare brain tumors using transformer models. Project lead: Prof. Dr. Erika Musterfrau. Funding: Horizon Europe. Link to project website.

According to the funding approval from the BMBF, the “InnoBioMed” project is subject to the following reporting requirements: quarterly progress reports (next due: April 30), an annual financial report (due by December 31), and a final report after project completion.
