- Machine 3 and Machine 4 are semi-automatic machines, which generally require longer setup times and are more maintenance-prone.
Machine 1 is significantly ahead of Machine 2—what’s the reason for that?
At the beginning of the quarter, Machine 2 was upgraded to a fully automated system. This initially led to longer setup times and a higher error rate. Over the course of the quarter, these values stabilized and now align with the defined reference standards for this type of machine. Additional training sessions for staff are already planned.
